Christal
Water is the source of all life and all economy. Recent discoveries of water on other planets and in space tell us a story of where water comes from. The earth is an off branch of the Sun and like the Sun it produces gases from the coagulation of hydrogen and oxygen. The difference is that we are walking on a crust some 15 miles deep of mineral created from the earth’s core we call magma. The earth’s fresh water is constantly produced from this magma and feeds that water to its oceans and to its lands. Then through evaporation water enters the earth’s atmosphere in which we (humans) have mistaken waters cause by been taught the atmosphere was the only source of water.
Because water is also consciousness, humans need stories directly related to their cause to move their hearts and relate to the earth compassionately and bring ecology and economy together.
A story line needs a time and place in order to be three dimensional. There are many places throughout the world that can show the example this  or primary water. To explain this story in terms that would be most effective is to focus on the first bid of what scientist’s calls the most fertile land in the world.  California’s Central Valley, Wine Country, San Francisco Bay and Silicone Valley can tell a very strong story of water structure and how it relates to consciousness in terms like; agriculture, innovative thought, and technologies, as well as leading edge people who desire change here and now.
With the study of the ring of fire, California has the oldest of these volcanoes that has been covered up through the course of millions of years along California’s coastal area, creating this very fertile land. We follow the last of the visible volcano’s just northeast of San Francisco called Clear Lake. With this lake’s sediment being some 4 miles below sea level it is much easier to register the magmatic water feeding into this lake, the aquifers and rivers. Scientists have dubbed this lake, the second oldest lake in the world and even with further study, we might be able to find it is older then we think.
Never the less, with age brings wisdom. The wisdom of this lake and our ancestors we now call Native Americans tell us how the earth loves us and how we can survive our next generations coming out, by honoring water rather than exploiting and polluting it. Science is a reflection of this same knowledge of the earth so it is appropriate we offer the solutions in science to clean up what we misunderstood for so many years and thus bring ecology and economy in balance. This of course would then be the major reason the story of Clear Lake is so important and why our efforts to clean up the large composites of bioaccumulation of  mercury that is devastating not only to those living there but to those downstream that includes the Central Valley and the Greater San Francisco Bay. To be even more practical: When we decide to offer the solution of abundance of water as custodians of the earth that will explain how to get clean healing water from its core instead of the fear that water only comes from the sky (of which is polluted overall). We will then learn to allow hope into our lives. Much like what the Native Americans offered the Europeans as a declaration of independence to prove we are all equal. The Truth study of water will prove that they were right.

Trip to Owens Valley 2012

We have finished the trip just past Bridgeport, California and began our trip back through points of our past testing leading us back to Los Angeles.
Six men on a 600 mile trip north east of LA to find the truth behind the existence of earth generated water… Checking the “Total Dissolved Solids”(TDS) and the pH of the water at every lake, every stream and almost every pool that is fed by unresolved logic giving a steady excitement to 2 scientists, 1 inventor, 2 students and an unexplainable identity in myself.Mono Lake
Every mile driven through the desert with periodic hikes away from what might as well have been a four wheeling rental van brought caution of any sort of terror or death from the sacrifice needed in finding primary water for the purpose in recording proof for the sake of the next generations to come.
Head Hydrologist/Geologist Pal Pauer, with a history of being a prodigy of Austrian hydrologist Dr. Stephen Reiss who studied this same formula originated from the Nobel Laureate, Adolf Nordenskjold, established back in the late 1800’s sat in the passenger seat of the van with Lynn Hebenstrait, President of Global Recourse Alliance, driving the 7 seat Toyota minivan. Lynn, scheduled to go back to Africa to help people there with his nonprofit organization on July 24th, had successfully calculated the direction of the 6 of us in the van with his experience in Africa since he, Pal and the research given him in the town of Ojai, California where he lived with the mystery of all the great hydrologist connected to primary water which also included Pal, Stephen Reiss, Bill Knox and a whole bunch of other connections with the story of spiritual meets physical that will be told later after the calculative scientific evidence of this 1200 mile round trip story told.
Trevor, Lynn’s son-in-law, now student of University of Santa Barbara where he made a decision, at 32 years of age, to study environmental education after excavation with heavy equipment in previous years. This discussion, I believe, was not just because he had a great father in-law as a mentor but something in his demeanor told me that working directly with moving the earth around with big machines gave Trevor a special meaning in talking to the land and feeding back a positive responds to it through learning how the earth works more than just pushing it around. Trevor sat behind Lynn in the driver seat to help Lynn navigate the van using a laptop computer and a Smartphone directed by a website from Google showing the faults in all the mountains and valleys of all the directions in which we were going. This was such a genius idea and I wondered through the journey if there were any other trips in the world that actually did such a thing for such a specific reason. This may be also reviled and the end of this story.
Ron sat adjacent to Trevor and behind Pal in the Van. We picked him up at the LAX Airport after Pal’s flight from Medford Oregon came in. Ron fit in perfectly as one to express the external part of all in the van. Even as we picked him up for the long trip we knew this middle aged colorful character would even give Pal a run for his money in what can be learned about human nature in a very quick amount of time. Both Pal and Ron were like best friends in the van quick to tell all the most popular masculine jokes and kept us all laughing for miles. As we traveled through the desert east of LA we learned of the incredible experience of this highly motivated man. Ron Powers, native to Bakersfield California is now a Cattle Rancher and inventor in Texas outside of Dallas. Completely amazed in the conversation, that behind his humor might have also been a defense mechanism for all the disappointments he has had in his life. Ron HAD HIS GREATEST PASSION AS BEING AN inventor of alternative energies. As deep questioning became deeper we were sure Ron was a person who was soon going to put Exxon to its knees. Then the conversation was directed to motorcycle riding, building classic cars, traveling to most every country in the world. RON’S PASSIONS WERE STILL ON THE MOVE IN HIS MIDDLE 60’S. IN HIS LIFE HE DESIGHNED ALMOST EVERY THING THAT MOVERED. INVENTER OF THE JET SKY FOR KAWASAKI HE THEN BECAME KNOWN IN DESIGHING FOR GENERAL MOTORS, CHRYSLER, FORD,YAMAHA,HYUNDAI,SUBARU,KENWORTH, PETERBUILT and OF COURSE THINS IN THE AIR WITH BOEING AND NASA BUILDING THE MOCKUP OF THE SPACE SHUTTLE. I SUPPOSED ALL OF THAT LEAD HIM TO A MORE HUMAN QUALITY OR TO MAKE WHAT HE INVENTED TO BE ENERGY EFFICANT OR GREEN. YET EVEN WITH ALL THIS VISION IN RONS LIFE HE ADMITED HIS most important topic in HIS life… ‘’Women’’… and every part of women’s anatomy. I worked hard in getting Ron to speak of how close he was in addressing freeing us all from the world of petroleum fuel though he was agreeable that women’s anatomy had a lot to do with how perfect Mother Nature is.
“This is probably why I am on this trip” said Ron “We have not found it yet. We can get energy by bring dissimilar metals together but not enough to revolutionize the world. I am intrigued with the concept of primary water. It makes sense that there is a beginning to energy. There is something we are missing in these formulas and primary water seems to be the beginning.” Ron continued to tell about all his discoveries and disappointments not only from what he did not accomplish but what he did yet was not accepted in today’s way of life. He built the mono rail for Orange county so people could travel freely yet finding there were people who didn’t like people in lower classes being with the upper classes put an end to almost all of his dreams. This trip might have been the dream he was waiting for.. I called Ron “Constantine” the rest of the trip. He said he tract his lineage back to Constantine ancestry. “This makes perfect sense, Ron” I said. “You come on this trip to figure out how to restore what went wrong in the thousands of years of exploiting Mother Nature. You are now dubbed “Constantine in reverse” on this trip.” Of course this was all in fun. Men together on a trip for a cause seem never to take anything serious. “That’s for women to figure out “agreed Constantine.
Dan Salinas sat directly behind Constantine in the very back of the van just to the right of me. The youngest of all on the trip, Dan is a 22 year old student from DVC College in Pleasant Hill California. Dan changed his name to Dan Raven two years ago when he started playing in coffee shops and recorded records from songs he wrote with a talent in singing and guitar playing. I’ve known Dan since he was a small boy, when his father and I became friends after I returned from A 36 city tour presenting alternative energies with Dr. Yell Brown being one of the major inventors of the trip back in 1996. The one event Dan remembers in the year 2000 is meeting a mentor of mine who got me in this mess in the first place saying “you must continue what you are doing”. Funny how these things work out when you only look back a little in history. A mentor such as this had the amazing capacity of honoring all people and all religions whatever their differences. I remembered that day when he met up with Dan and what he could see in him. “You will be a philosopher someday” he said to Dan. The only way I can verify the words of this 92 year old mentor at that time is to listen to the words of Dan’s songs today. I called those words “V”. The letter v seemed to explain an inner quality that is expressed outwardly and whenever anyone would take the time to listen to Dan’s poetry in a song they would recognize a world of philosophical bliss. Dan has recently written a letter on Primary Water after a year of listening to his professors in geology and thought there was something more to learn on how the earth works. This letter was so impressive that Pal and Lynn had asked him to come on this trip.
So as this team traveled through this VAST desert, said once to be fertile with orchards back in the early 1900’s, the letter “V” seemed to be upon us. Words such as volcano, vortex, vent, vintage, verbal, verge and even vote or victory or versatile entered our minds, or at least mine, as we learned more about the formula of bringing water from the earth reaching back to the time of Moses.
“This is largely primary water” said Lynn as he and Pal tested the water off of Worm Springs Road coming out of the Owens caldera. The 40 places tested at that time were now beginning to tell a story. This story would further identify a new source of water that has been around us from the beginning of time, a story written in holy books describing the lower firmaments in balance with the upper firmaments. “If what we are saying is true”, said Lynn “then water would be abundant even in the desert we are now standing.” “How can this be shown to be true?” I asked, standing on an elevated area overlooking the valley. “Well, here is the exact spot shown where the fault is” pointing at his laptop displaying the Google Fault website,” If you trace that fault onto land you will see plants and trees growing in those areas where there is nothing growing elsewhere. This would mean water is coming up from the ground and not water that is runoff.” “But wouldn’t that fault also hold water from last winter’s runoff water? “ I asked. This is when Pal would jump into the conversation… “Look, this place is a desert, it rains less than 6” a year and the runoff from the mountains would not amount to much. How would you account for other places where in the middle of a flat desert there are oases, like the Middle East, with plenty of water coming straight out of the ground?” “I can see your point Pal “I said, “but we all knew that 99% of our population all say that water only comes from the sky then trickles down in the ground and then comes up through some pressure from the ground. How can we convince the public that water actually originates from below the bedrock?” Pal pointed at the test results as I knew I aroused a bit of anger, probably from so many years of proving this same point and so very few actually listening to him. “Each water test is different in this one given area. (An area within a 1⁄4 of a mile from each other) “That shows there are different veins of water coming up from the magma some 15 miles down, but the better way to prove it would be to drill a well right here” Pal brought out his divining rod and held it over the fault where it moved from left to right on the edge of the fault shown on the computer. “The water is about 80 feet into the bedrock and will pump about……..1600 gals a minute. You need to know hydrology, geology and your intuition (pointing at the divining rod) to find the larger amounts of primary water”.
Cali to LAWe all stayed in one more hotel room that night. We could all agree that this place could be out of an old country western movie or maybe more designed out of the movie “Psycho” from the 60’s for those of us are older than 50. The place may have been booming in the 1920’s when there was water and orchards that seemed even the locals forgot about as it was some three generations ago. The next stop was California City where we will try for the second time to talk to the public works director at city hall. The director would help us find the wells that were drilled some 40 years ago by Pal’s mentor Stephen Reiss with Pal himself being a student of Dr. Reiss’s work.
The director was not answering our phone calls so we decided to raid City Hall without an official invite. All six of us walked into the reception room and the receptionist had no answer to the whereabouts of the director. “I got to go to the bathroom guys” I said to the fab five. I walked in the bathroom and there was a middle aged man in the other urinal next to me. “How ya doing?’ I said “Oh just fine”, he said “the weather is not as hot as last week is it?” “Well, I’m not really from here” , I said “I’ve been traveling in a Minnie van with a bunch of scientist for the last 6 days looking for water and my brain hurts” “Wow” he said “you need to drive south east of here about 15 miles. The Chinese have bought up all this land and they are drilling wells there. The old wells, they have found, are working better then the new wells’’. “That’s great news” I said, “What’s your name? “My name is Patrick Bohannon. I am the mayor here in California City.” “Well Mr. Bohannon, I think I have some scientists and students to introduce you to.”
After relieving ourselves, I escorted the Mayer to his own reception room to meet up with my tired friends. It was important for Pal to explain what had happen in or around California City so many years ago. Pal seemed very sure the old wells Mayor Bohannon was speaking of were wells drilled by Stephen Reiss back in the early 60’s. The Mayor and his engineer friend had no real explanation or records dating back that long so we left California City to its outskirts to see what the Chinese were up to. Under the Mayors instructions we headed toward the small mountain range where it was pointed out to me by the group; where the valleys meet with the hills can be found the best veins of cracks in the rocks that are excellent in finding primary water. This place was such a place. There were pipes shooting out of the ground in places. Then we come to a large diesel pump with a pipe leading to a pond 10 inches in diameter. The water coming from the pipe was shooting out about 3 feet into the pond, of which most of the water was sinking into the sand obviously recharging the aquifers. “Isn’t that amazing?”, said Pal.
This was the last day out of the trip. We had to make it back to LAX in 4 hours to drop off Pal for his flight and then drop Constantine of somewhere in Orange County to meet up with an engineer friend.
Following up with the Chinese would have to come later. This would again take more time and research money to see if we could work with them or just get the information to educate the important’s of such a thing the public. We knew the Mayor didn’t know such details. Pal was sure his mentor the late Stephen Riess had a lot to do with it some 40 years ago. “The Chinese had done what the Americans will not do” was the thyme Pal presented.
The rest of the trip to the airport was one that ignited a discussion that seemed to be the major premise of the trip. “Was the trip a program for us to learn a way to wake up America?”. And if so, how do we go about doing it? It has been years of drilling thousands of these wells all over the world and there has been only people who will take the water for privatization without explaining where it came from in hopes that everyone had water. If then, that was the case the economy could be based on the effect of water instead of the cause. Or another words; the product that comes from water (which was everything) would then be abundant instead of individuals owning it; of which was what wars are made of (for many thousands of years we may add). Wouldn’t the economy flourish if water was abundant? How is it possible if we only teach our children that it is not?
We dropped Pal and Constantine off an then the trip back to Ojai California to stay overnight at Lynn’s family and the long drive home for Dan and myself the next morning. Lynn was leaving Ojai the next week for Africa to continue work already set up from the last months and last year’s well locations and to set up the old drill rig to get more water for the drought stricken African people. He needs another drill rig but that would mean raising another 200 thousand dollars of which is not yet in the budget.”The stats are clear” says Lynn “Primary wells are very different then the aquifer wells most non profits drill in Africa. They just don’t know. They know little about magmatic water. When you only focus on just getting water to the people sometimes what is underground is still contaminated with bacteria, especially in places people have not been taught basic laws of nature from being in a survival mode for so long. ‘’Primary wells are much cleaner without bacteria and more abundant “says Lynn. Pal explained, some months back, of a well he set up for Lynn in Tanzania that serving thousands of people rather than just hundred from the aquifer well sponsored by some very famous people here in America. It might help them to see even a better way.
Why is it we cannot do this in America?” I asked Lynn. “We have tried but the confusion and the red tape is more abundant then the water itself” he said. “The Africans beg us to help them. In America, we do not want to know.”
As we got closer to Ojai, the even more burning questions came out.. “What’s with Ojai?” I asked. “Why is it all seem to come to learn something in Ojai? The major out of the box Hydrologists, Geologists and Eastern Spiritualists converge at the same time here in this town (we were entering the town of Ojai)? I’ve seen where scientists and spiritual people will almost never get along. Are you guys at some kind of war down here?’’ Lynn just smiled when he knew such an answer could only be experienced. He drove us up to Mediation Mountain where at dusk we looked upon Happy Valley where Pal Pauer attended high school as a refugee from Hungary where he fought the Russians in the middle 1950’s. It was there he met his teacher of science; Dr. Stephen Reiss who was also attracted to Ojai from Austria. Others came to Ojai to track down Reiss for reasons more than just a scientific reason, I supposed. I knew when I met up with the world famous Dr. Emoto from Japan in 2010 over the Clear Lake project that is wasn’t just water being a substance these people in our past were looking for. It was water as a consciousness that intrigued them the most. The story in Ojai was about the great meditators from the East, like Christnamurti , Mirer Bobba and both conservative and liberal Christians came as a contrast to science (or what most in the western would believe at the time)
Something may have happened to them were they might have not lived up to their words yet what we now are learning about water is that the earth does not judge. All of this came together in the 1970’s when a young scientist called Luke Gatto worked to put the dots together between science and spirit in Ojai which I was told eventually became the Ojai Foundation. In my conversations with Lynn I could see that a place like Ojai must be unique in a way that there was growth through the struggle between right and left thinkers and what seems to be left are still sparks from the pain in the past. Gatto is still a part of the family in Ojai (although he lives in Santa Fe) after all the battle scars along with Pal, Lynn and those like Bill Knox and Stephen Reiss who have left the planet.
That night Lynn had asked me to show him the presentation of Clear Water Vision called the Clear Lake Project or Clear Lake the healing begins. We set up the projector in his study and we went through the years of work in the northern part of the state that pointed directly towards Primary Water as well. “All of this also complies with the study on Clear Lake that has been going on for many years” I said “The Las Alamos Study of 1986 shows Clear Lake as the last of the series of volcanoes moving from south to north over a period of millions of years along the Ring of Fire.
This would also be a good reason why some scientists call Clear Lake the oldest lake in America. So you would think with oldness comes wisdom and what we can learn from such a place would be important. The line from LA to San Francisco and beyond shows openings and it seems Ojai may be one of them along that line. This may show you in yet another clear way how important your work is” I said to Lynn as he concentrated on the pictures. “It might seem that on these spots we are closer to the Magma and in these places there are also places of different consciousness such as India, Water of the Lady of Lairds in Europe, Austin Texas, LA, San Francisco and so on. The water can show us a more compassionate archetype of people as then go airborne through information of storytelling such as what Hollywood has done for a hundred year.” I continued the presentation with one more slide that I thought would give more emphases on the faults we saw in the desert. “This is what the great botanist, Luther Burbank, called the most fertile land in the world and this is probably the strongest reason why. This picture shows the water coming off the Clear Lake Caldera from underground and going into the Sacramento River and into the Bay of All Bays as Robert Redford calls it. It’s a satellite picture the USGS gave me not knowing how to explain it. It wasn’t till I heard the concept of primary water from Luke Gatto and then Pal Pauer I was sure what it was. See how it glows as it slowly mixes with the runoff water coming from the Sierra Mountains. I cannot come up with a better visual of primary water and probably its healing power going into the Bay. Such a story may even explain the healing of society as we have seen it in the past. You know; the strongest part of the hippy movement of the
1960’s in San Francisco and how the hippies used that wisdom in the world of science and became yuppies like Steve Jobs and the Silicon Valley. Could that sound familiar?” I said to Lynn “here in Ojai?” More education in this work might allow us to see cause and effect more clearer so we can be a little easier on each other for balance sake rather than battling it out with more polarization between left and right”.
Dan and I left Ojai the next morning for the long drive north to the East Bay. In the car we discussed the information we now have that well enables us to follow through with what we discussed at the last Clear Water Vision board meeting. Just before the trip south to Ojai and the van ride through the Owens Valley, we met up with Marianna King in Carmel California on the way down. Marianna is Clear Water Visions grant writer from Colorado who flew into Carmel on vacation and to meet up with us to strategize the grant, addressing the USDA and involving UC Davis who studies Clear Lake, the Central Valley and why it is so fertile. Marianna has a 90% success rate in getting these types of grants and after reading our documents is not only professional about her assuredness of getting the grant, she is inspired in doing it. It may be our government is forced in making true discussions in finding alternatives in water as we watch the earth heat up for reason that do not mater, only that we can do something about. ‘’It is our right to do this” said Marianna. It might be that somewhere in the constitution we have a right to face those who will finally listen with facts. If it all does not work it is only because we failed to inspire these truths. Our goal is to teach this directly in our universities. Our next generations need hope not blame… We’re pretty sure our grandchildren will demand solutions rather than being told to recycle for all their lives. It might even be that the word “Conservation” will be passé as we begin to look further into the basic anatomy of the earth. This grant will allow us to begin the teaching and allow the hope with real solutions to go airborne and help those in need in other countries. Isn’t that what this country and the constitution are set up to do?
Of course there is more to write and of course we need support from anyone who feels we need to act upon what the “V” can teach us. So I can give one last inspiration in this news letter written by the Moody Blues somewhere around 1987… Quote…
The words that I remember of my childhood still are true… That there are non so blind as those who will not see..
And to those who lack the courage, say it’s too dangerous to try. Well, they just don’t know that love eternal will not be denied.
On behalf of the Clear Water Vision and its Advisory Board, we are sending you this update because you are either a current supporter or you have offered financial support to CWV in the past. We have researched this project at Clear Lake in California believed by many people to be the oldest Lake in America, the home of blue-green algae ( oldest food substance known) and where human existence dating back to what is called the ice age, some 12,000 to 14,000 years ago . This important research project beginning in 1997 has given us a look upon nature and human rights as looked through the relationship between earth and man.
Also known as the last of the oldest see-able volcanoes turned into lake along the Ring of Fire, (Los Alamos studies 1986) The water from the caldera in this area has been visually percolating from this volcano into California’s Central Valley (one of the most fertile lands in the world) and into the San Francisco Bay for thousands and millions of years.
With these same movements of volcanoes through millions of years also came to a natural movement of elements and minerals surfacing in this innovative area. During the California Gold rush mercury became an important mineral needed to extract the gold from the surrounding ore body. Mercury was the most sought for in California’s beginning of the industrial revolution in the efforts of finding gold in the Sierra Mountains. The Clear Lake Coastal Region was the most abundant in mining Mercury. These Mercury mines were abandoned after the gold rush was over however they continued to leach mercury, arsenic and other toxic substances into the water continuing even today to cause a great depression along this ancient Lake. (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/article/20130904/articles/130909815#page=5
This constant poisoning from these toxic metals has allowed the current effects of the lack of esteem, autism, anger, cancer, drug abuse and just plain mental depression. A simple explanation of the effect of heavy metals vibrating at a much lower vibration than the human body is natural for the mind to understand. When the human vibratory rate is lowered by toxic metals released into the environment, the quality of health is also lowered. It is true that we have never shown a full scientific explanation of vibrational technologies until now. We can now show the devastating relationship between these heavy metals and the alarmingly high rates of death, cancer, autism and other serious heath epidemics in the areas near Clear Lake and the down flow of the water coming from the lake. Tens of thousands, possibly millions of people are slowly being poisoned by this environmental nightmare. This example is a strong reflection of what is happening with heavy metals throughout the world.
We at Clear Water Vision are actually doing something about this very serious issue and we need the financial support of our past, current and future donors to be able to continue or work here at Clear Lake. WE BELIEVE THAT THIS TOXIC POISONING OF THIS ENTIRE REGION CAN BE CORRECTED OVER TIME WITH THE CORRECT TECHNOLOGIES BEING USED. Please consider making a tax deductible donation now of your time, energy and money to support this life saving project. We need an immediate increase in funding right now to pay for the final testing which will prove the source of this toxicity epidemic. Any amount of donation will be appreciated.
Clear Water Vision has also followed this problem downstream to the Yolo Bypass, near UC Davis, where this mercury often settles in the flat plains and turns into a gas called ‘‘methyl mercury” (more dangerous the elemental mercury.)
When the rains come every year this type of Mercury heads down the Sacramento River and into the San Francisco Bay. The strongest hit in the Bay from this heavy metal is Marin County where the current of the river pushes straight into Marin County land. It would only stand to reason that this event going on for over 100 years is a large contributor in the very high cancer rate in this area.http://www.marinij.com/marinnews/ci_22077404
Could this be even a more simple explanation in how the earth works when we put large holes in the ground or spray an extremely organic lake (blue green algae) with DDT? (Rachel Carson- “Silent Springs”) Could this be more then only thinking it is our DNA allowing us to ignore the problem? Why would the public not be informed? http://www.snugharbor.net/images-2013/deltastuff/mercuryinfish2013.pdf
But we do believe there are positive changes that the public is now being informed about.http://www.mercurynews.com/ci_22315122/breast-cancer-studies-under-way-determine-why-bay
Clear Water Vision will not stand idly by to watch this poisoning event continue. We now offer more reasonable proof of the cause of the situation. It is very important that we do what we can to reach a conclusion to these two major epidemics. Here is our plan for both truth and solution….
  1. Most important is to get water to this ancient Elem Tribe and not water from lake. Reverse osmosis from Clear Lake is not sufficient for healthy growth for this or their next generations, especially for a tribe of people who live directly on a Mercury mine. Clear Water Vision has surveyed the land around this reservation. With the statistics from the test wells by the EPA and with information from two of our major hydrologists, we have determined the exact place and depth of the needed well providing clean primary water for these people.
  2. With more advanced technologies in determining the vibration of the human body. GDV (Gas Discharge Video) can measure the exact vibration of the lake, the mine, and the water around Marin County and its negative effect on our human health. This research needs to be done and witnessed by officials both in media and government. http://www.earthcalm.com/product-research-testing/emf-protection-pendants-research/
  3. When determining this to be a problem, we have engaged technologies and methodologies that will give more hope to the public… These are such….. a. hydrogen technologies b.microbes c. primary water d. vortex technologies e. others relating to vibration. (please check our website for future updates)
  4. This research is a story of a history. Clear Water Vision has set out to tell this story, and that is being documented by documentary film producers who believe that this poisoning of such an important part of California’s population needs to be brought to the public awareness. Not only addressing the problem but also addressing all potential solutions available. We the People need to take action on this critical issue as it has been known for almost 30 years and our local, state and Federal governments have not taken decisive action to stop the slow poisoning our families and friends. If we do not do this and succeed then who will solve this problem? We do not have any governmental funding at this time. We need your help and support on this project if we are to continue and ultimately solve these critical issues. We need immediate funding to cover our costs for testing and proving that the mercury is causing these problems. We have the scientists lined up and ready to start as soon as we can raise the money to pay for the testing. We have the scientists ready to drill the Primary Water wells as soon as we are funded. We have a signed agreement now with the Elem Tribe to help these people on this Reservation as soon as we have the needed funding. Please donate whatever funds that you can to Clear Water Vision at this critical time in our project by going to www.clearwatervision.org and clicking on the donate button. We need your help now. We believe this makes a wonderful story for all to hear. Education, both with the public and students through documentary is important.http://www.freespiritproductions.com/CTBio.html
  5. Clear Water Vision has done presentations on this subject all over California. We have met several students from different universities who insist this be a curriculum in their universities. Our goals and our plans are to work directly with these universities. We have started on a a grant narrative application to the USDA for a grant so we can work directly with UC Davis and their students. This research can give us a deeper relationship with the students in bringing ecology and economy through water in our future.
We at Clear Water Vision, throughout the years, are very thankful for your past support. If you resonate with this type of research then we would like you to know we are open to your suggestions and your help. Please go to our website www.clearwatervision.org to see what we are about and if you can help by making tax deductible donation, large or small, once or more often. Without increased funding we will not be able to complete this important project. We need your help now. We need money, volunteers and people to get the word out into their communities in showing proof that we have discovered a greater cause of the health epidemics as well as the potential solutions. We need a large grass roots support system, both energetically and financially if we are going to succeed. Please check with your heart and see if you can step forward to join us in solving this problem. It is our problem and we need to solve it before any more of our children, families and friends get sick or die from this toxicity. We first need to prove what we believe is true by the testing and use of the GDV technology. Once that is done we can then bring forth the remediation technologies to start removing the toxic sources. The Elem Tribe desperately needs a source of clean and health giving water. We have an agreement with the Tribe to drill a well and supply the infrastructure to supply this new clean water to everyone in the tribe. It can only happen when we receive the funding. We are working with several potential funders and yet we need immediate funds to continue to even start our official fund raising campaign. If you resonate with our purpose and work then please make a donation to support us. We are reaching out for help from our community.
Please do not consider this research as a reason to point out who is to blame. We cannot prosecute people who were not perceptive enough to know what they were doing some 150 years ago. Our position is to now recognize what has been done and present solutions in a scientific way. Through our youth the inspiration from this awareness can easily bring a change to our corporations. We have already seen the beginning of this change within these corporations as they are moved in a way of changing our economy by working with nature rather than exploiting it.
It is highly likely this research will not only help these people in Lake and Marin Counties in California. If our research is true (which we truly believe it is) it is even more likely we are helping some of the most innovative people in the world whose record in history is to help other people in the world. As for the Elem tribe, who after 15 years of watching them change in seeing it is important for them to be healthy to tell a very important story about the oldest lake in America, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Executive Summary

Clear Water Vision is a nonprofit 501C (3) established in 2008. Beginning research had started since 1997 at Clear Lake California. Clear Lake is known by science (UC Davis) as the oldest Lake in America or the last of the oldest seeable volcanoes turned into lake along the Ring of Fire. (Los Alamos studies 1986.) Information as such has given…An Illustrated connection between life and water.

… Hope for our youth and next generations in bringing ecology and economy together.

…. Awakening of the public, government, universities and Native American tribes around the

nation with expos, conferences and presentations.

Objectives

Restore the wisdom of the 14,000+ year old Native American tribe,(Elem) living on one or the oldest lake in America, who is also living on the most past productive and destructive mercury mine in America by bringing them clean ( primary) water not water from the lake (see website and narrative attached) of which is the best way to begin restoration of the tribe recorded with the highest in neurological diseases per capita (autism) crime and cancer by living on a Mercury mine for over 100 years. (Superfund 1992)
To begin remediation on the tribes health with detoxing technologies and remediation on tribal land and the Lake’s water (see plot plan).

To develop three test sites in America with primary investigators at local universities.

The Clearlake Elem tribe…. Close to UC Davis of which research of Clearlake is always in action.
Ojai California…. Home of our most famous primary water hydrologists (Stephen Reiss, Bill Cox and Pal Pauer) and part of the Ringing of Fire.
Adam State University, Colorado.
Verify and documentation of information to public in these ways…

Scientific…. Labs, schools, foundations.
Publicly… documentary , presentations

Economy

Clean and abundant water creates jobs in three ways…

1. Health and purification actions.
2. Increasing agriculture and food production
3. Deploying technologies related to water

Mission Statement

Water is the essence of life. Without it, we do no exist. We live and breath by the water cycle, which is the circle of life on this planet. The future of this planet and of us all, is but a reflection of our water. The quality of our water dictates our environmental future and in turn our lives on this planet. Without environmental compatibility and portable water, we do not exist. As stewards of our planet, the time has come to join together in the awareness of our environment. Clear Water Vision’s mission is to provide the awareness and educate people in ways to help preserve our natural resources, and to pursue projects that translate this mission’s goals into beneficial actions.

Keys to Success

Vibration is important ….Western thought is based on calculated regulations found in chemicals or what is seen in the microscope. There is too little in understanding the natural vibrations or how the earth works. The contamination of mercury at the Elem Reservation flows through the Earth’s aquifers and streams, then into the Yolo Bypass near UC Davis area where it turns into methyl mercury, the most dangerous type of mercury in the world. It then flows into the San Francisco Bay area with the winter rains and bounces into Marin County as it then goes into the ocean. The vibration of this heavy metal is much lower than what the human body, with its chakras, needs to vibrate at. The mystery of the Marin County having the highest breast cancer rate in the country needs to be solved. We at Clear Water Vision believe that vibration is the key in solving this problem and others of its sort in the world, through what we have learned at Clear Water Vision about the volcanic Clearlake. Eastern thought and science can help these situations and in return, Western thought has the ability to help other nations with still a stable constitution of the quality of water.
Water is both substance and consciousness…. Western thought is only based on water has substance. We will not survive without Eastern and/or Native American understanding that water is also consciousness. These two worlds are coming together. Clear Water Vision’s position is only to facilitate this thought and bring it back into the world of science. The key is to allow us all to know this through what we have learned from America’s oldest and wisest Lake sediment. Restoring the wisdom of our oldest ancestors who lived near that sediment is essential and needs to happen.
Education of the public about how the earth works (as it is researched at Clearlake) and will give them a holistic inspiration on water. This gives a deeper and loving connection to our Mother Nature who does not judge and always provides.
Water has always been the key to everyone’s economy. If more people knew water was generated from the core of the earth (as shown in the research of the volcano at Clear Lake with its sediment going below sea level) rather than coming from the sky or atmosphere surface water, then all would benefit rather than only a few. Water in deserts has recorded in our pasts are certain examples.
Central Valley California…. The Central Valley is known throughout the world as one of the most fertile lands in the world. Also known as the Tigers and Euphrates of the West. The highest example of education in agriculture has been the University called UC Davis because of the fertile land around it. Why is this? This is the question that leads to vertical studies rather than just surface studies that usually only centers on businesses in making money on minerals and substance derived from water. We are aware that the Central Valley needs water so as to keep its great economy going, yet with the information from the volcano some 40 miles away it is obvious that the ways our officials are advised in getting water (peripheral cannel) is not the correct way. Primary Water is known to man for thousands of years. Clear Water Vision ‘s views are that nature tells us the proper way and that this is the key in education so we can apply this thought into reality.( See primary water research).

Plot Plan

1 ½ Acre Proposed Experimental Test Area Layout

 Example

Example of one of the technologies on one of the 1½ acre test sites.

We need two (2) main storage water tanks. One Tank will be used for the Primary Water and the other for the surface water storage tank.

It is suggested that the drip water distribution system be used to hydrate the chosen crops to be grown. It is estimated that 4200 meters of drip hose is needed to support this project.

The primary and surface water source will be setup in a way to have base line water and three different treatments such as Vortex water process, Potentized water, and Grander water as an example. This will require eight (8) smaller tanks to contain the different types of the water structure under test.

Each section should have the same crop for the purpose of comparison.

Two (2) cameras should be setup at opposite ends of the 1½ acre experimental plot to take a picture at least once per day for the entire length of the experiment. These still photos can be put into a video that allows scientist and/or principle investigators to see how primary and surface water enhance the growth of crops over time.

The Grander Water Revitalization Unit

All GRANDER products work on the basis of purely natural energy, that means
no electricity
        no chemical additives
no service or maintenance

This device will be used for the revitalization of the original water and the surface water during the agriculture experiment.

Testing and Comparing Water Structures

There are times when the stream flows in the Yolo Bypass aquifers it has a triluminesence glow associated with the water. This water is prized for the nutrients that it contains. This is a very important question is looking for an answer. Tests need to be performed to compare and verify the truth about the bypass and Clear Lake original water. A test is requested to compare the primary water that is certified in Clear Lake with water flowing in the Yolo bypass aquifers. This test will require the skills of an atomic physicists that can measure or map the atomic structures of the Yolo Bypass water and compare it to the Clear Lake area certified primary water source. The estimated cost for this test has to be obtained from a qualified person. The estimated cost for this analysis is needed as part of the Grant Proposal.

The remediation process will be designed to transmute mercury, arsenic and other contamination from the soil, water and air in and around the experimental area.

It is vitally important to remediate known contaminants in the air, water and soil to ensure the success of the agricultural experiments.

Dennis Watts will be in charge of this part of the project.

Description of Expenses

1. Wells…. Primary wells need to be located and drilled in faulted areas. There cost varies from 15,000 to 35,000 dollars at the average of 250 feet. The infrastructure, which is the pumping or the regulation of the pressure of the water plus the piping of the water to the housing, can cost over 100,000 dollars.

2. Construction …. Construction includes the technologies, excavating, piping, cultivating, fencing and equipment needed to run and safeguard the test sites. First year, most of the work will be done.

3. Project Manager… The PM coordinates between the test labs and the Primary Investigators, usually at the local universities. This job is crucial in getting true documentation in all three test sites.

4. Interns…. Interns from local universities are needed to do the testing and also may work with the farming and can be included as farmers on the test sites. Connection between the Project Manager and the Primary Investigator is essential for learning how all the technologies and the water has common denominators

5. Public Education... The public needs to be able to feel and touch and get involved in this program, especially with the documentary in progress. This involves travel food presentation, conferences and expos.

6. Farm Labor… Money for this can be interconnected to Interns who also do involve themselves in the testing of the technologies, the Plants and the water. This is extremely important to experience in terms of how to work with the local farmers.

7. Testing… The cost of the labs at a distance between the universities and the test sites are paid by units.

8. Principal Investigator… The PI is one who is usually a professor at the university who takes in the tests, reports on hydrology and the study on the technology and the plant. The PI works directly with the Project Manager to assure the tests are recorded properly and to set a curriculum for the students of the future.

9. Documentary… The importance of documentation of this story has been picked up with different producers in the past. Now, with the permission from the Elem Tribe, the evidence of Primary water coming out from the sediment and going into SF Bay and the emergency of the mercury problem the producer is looking to a production on the Discovery Channel. Production cost is $100,000. To get it on TV, he says, cost quite a bit more.

10. Consulting… There is a direct need to set up a strategic plan so as to directly connect to businesses such as government, farmers, unions and corporations to take what we have learned and create jobs. This would especially be a plan for others to make a profit in Central Valley California where it is so fertile and would create income as well as feed people from these efforts.

11. Grant Writing… It is important to continue grant writing with USDA because it connects the government with the universities and then the students unless there are other avenues that need to be explored. The better we are to work these new ideas the more the government will stay free.

12. Technologies… During and after the three years of testing of the ways to first prove the technologies work we begin the work of using them. In the case of Elem and of Clear Lake; remediation is quite extensive.

13. Administration… The cost of Clear Water Vision, a 501C (3) to operate…. This includes office, office workers, insurance, computers, etc, for a three year span.

Conclusion and History

Water holds memory. We have chosen three test sites in this nation to best describe the relationship between Earth and Humanity. In other words; to restore ancient wisdom or bring back the memory of whom we truly are. These places give a strong example in what we feel will act as a “Priming the Pump” principle.

Technologies chosen are only examples of how the earth works and those in charge of them have learned through time that hands-on experience will help inspire recipients to remember their relationship with Mother Earth.

The examples and the story of Clearlake have given Clear Water Vision this inspiration to share since 1997. Here are some of these examples…..
1997…. Knowledge of the oldest Lake, oldest food substance or blue-green algae and a civilization dating back to the ice age.
1999… Vertical study on Mercury’s Superfund and the health effects of mind to the Elem Tribe and the San Francisco Bay Area.
2005… World renowned scientist, Dr.Masaru Emoto, came to Clearlake and said the water structure was the most complex structure he has ever seen. Clear water vision set out to find the reason it was more complex than other places in the world and found the water coming from below the mantel (caldera) was Primary Water.
2006… Trips to Nepal and Indian alchemy labs that reflect the positive affect of mercury. The Dalai Lama expressed that Mercury will be in neurological medicine in the future.
2006… Beginning presentations in addressing mercury, technologies and Primary Water.
2007…. Starting promo on documentary called “Clear Lake the Healing Begins”.
2008…. Establishing a nonprofit to accept tax deductible donations. Beginning of science conferences, presentations, Expos attracting technologies of Eastern and Native American thought.
2011... Clear Water Vision had acquired data from the EPA through the freedom of information act showing that three of the 40 test wells at Elem has little or no contamination at Superfund mercury mine. Three different hydrologists confirmed the same area had a high possibility to drill a Primary Water well to get pure water to the Elem Tribe.
2012… Clear Water Vision acquired the services of an USDA awarded grant writer to begin writing grant applications, in order to work directly with the universities and the government to build a curriculum to teach what we have learned from the Clear Lake project.
2013... After 15 years of work to develop a relationship between Clear Water Vision and it’s President Russell Anderson based on trust, and a vertical study done on Clear Lake, Clear Water Vision received permission from the Elem Tribe to raise funds to get them clean Primary Water and to help remediate their land and the lake’s water and has agreed to sign an agreement between the Tribe and Clear Water Vision to get this project done. This is a very important critical step in this project.

John Moore

Letter sent out to the board… November 25 2013

I received a call from John Moore, a scientist and a doctor from Renton Washington, who has

studied mercury and healed patients through detoxing for some 40 years. John as a very strong

passion in working with the complexity of mercury and how it work with the Pineal gland of the

brain. He explained the mercury is the most difficult of the heavy metals because "mercury attracts

mercury" he calls it. This is a subject that I feel is so much better describe by John because I am not

a scientist and the words can be misconstrued.

I explained to John the experience I had working with the people up at Clear Lake for 16 years with

the lake full of mercury from the super fund and described the symptoms of the people and he

described the same symptoms in those who were over 50% mercury. He said he would not work

with people over 50 % because it was virtually impossible for them to agree with the therapy no

matter how intelligent they seem to be.

This conversation came into some humor although it was very serious because it seems to be a

great reality in what we see around us almost everywhere. Since coal burning with mercury there

has been an obsession with the word "zombie" we all kid around with but then see some truth in

it. Even the story of that since one hundred years have passed it has been so much easier for an

undertaker to in-balm most bodies because there is so much mercury in our systems gave me a

chill. John said that positive thoughts and prayer make a lot of difference in the detoxing the body

with this deceptive metal.

I told John about what were working to do and he was very supportive and said he would help in

any way he could. Working with Marin County would be a good way to help the people in Lake

County but because of the amount of mercury gradually going into Marin county from the lake,

time would be of ascents.

John knew Dennis Lee some years ago.. He also knows about Dr. Yell Brown and browns gas and

has studied Emotos work. He has little knowledge about primary water but he understood the concept

and agrees that pure water would be the most important thing to offer the tribe at Clear Lake at

this time.

I told him about the GDV camera and said the testing with this device would probable allow

awareness to his work, primary water, and a sloe of remediation technologies especially working

with the people in Marin county... He agreed

I think it would be important to have John on the conference call as soon as possible. this will put a

lot of any skepticism to rest, in my opinion, and will get us an new part and revival of this important

story..

What do you think...? I might be able to get him on this week ..

Blessings

Letter to Schools

P.O. Box 4777
Walnut Creek, CA 94596-0777

Dear Prospective Associate:

Clear Water Vision (CWV) is a 501c3 nonprofit established in 2008. Our viewpoint is that the

practicality of primary water has not been represented in conventional hydrology and the

awareness of water as a living being, and thus its healing potentials, has also been suppressed

from the mainstream. We feel that it is timely to support the development of these topics and to

relate them to each other. The purpose of CWV is to be the container for information on water,

not the information. Consequently, CWV needs the information to be put in by others and is ever-

seeking these people, and CWV needs participants to take out the information and teach it or put

it to use in government and business. Our guiding principle is that the work we do is true, kind,

and necessary.

Viewpoint on Water:

We view water’s purpose as a triad: It is the foundation of structure, capable of transformation,

and the reflection of spiritual well being. We want any study or discipline to view from all three

perspectives.

Water is the structure of things inorganic and organic because water created these forms. The

production of water is an elemental quality of the Earth. Primary water is the source of water on

Earth, not the hydrological cycle which is the circulation of water. Correct knowledge of the

production of water leads to an abundance of water for it is practically available just about

everywhere. It is a small extension to translate this to economic growth and sustainability and it

will have a significant effect on public policy and municipal water development.

Water as a living being transforms according to the energies that influence it. Correct knowledge

of the transformative potential in water leads to purification technologies for the remediation of

soil and bodies of water, restorative techniques for agriculture and forests, and healing for

animals and humans.

Water appears in animated form as every living thing. The mysterious energy that is life appears

in water; water is the form to hold this energy. Thus it is a conduit for healing, the medium

through which to see life. The Earth is a self-healing planet and the quality and production of

water is one way to read the planet’s condition. Consequently we advocate approaching with

respect and adopting an attitude of possibility when working with water.

Programs for University and High School:

At the university level, CWV can provide funding through our USDA grant, a mentor,

curriculum, study materials, and field trips. Similar options may be available for high schools to

encourage study in college with fiscal agent schools.

What do you want? Do your earth science and environmental studies classes cover primary water

from a practical use and commercial viewpoint? Is there an opening to have spirituality meet

science? Does healing work in the capacity of public administration and resource management fit

in to your students’ futures? CWV seeks to capture the information you need and make available

the resources to help you teach it.

Conclusion:

Our goal is to capture talented people who work with water and to mentor them in the related

fields where they are not adept. CWV is fortunate to have a good start towards this goal. We are

all working to combine formerly divergent disciplines; everyone knows all paths lead to the same

place.

Please advise if you are interested in participating with us.

Sincerely,

Russell Anderson
