Newsletter Letter April 2014 Update

On behalf of the Clear Water Vision and its Advisory Board, we are sending you this update because you are either a current supporter or you have offered financial support to CWV in the past. We have researched this project at Clear Lake in California believed by many people to be the oldest Lake in America, the home of blue-green algae ( oldest food substance known) and where human existence dating back to what is called the ice age, some 12,000 to 14,000 years ago . This important research project beginning in 1997 has given us a look upon nature and human rights as looked through the relationship between earth and man.

Also known as the last of the oldest see-able volcanoes turned into lake along the Ring of Fire, (Los Alamos studies 1986) The water from the caldera in this area has been visually percolating from this volcano into California’s Central Valley (one of the most fertile lands in the world) and into the San Francisco Bay for millions of years.

With these same movements of volcanoes through millions of years also came to a natural movement of elements and minerals surfacing in this innovative area. During the California Gold rush mercury became an important mineral needed to extract the gold from the surrounding ore body. Mercury was the most sought for in California’s beginning of the industrial revolution in the efforts of finding gold in the Sierra Mountains. The Clear Lake Coastal Region was the most abundant in mining Mercury. These Mercury mines were abandoned after the gold rush was over however they continued to leach mercury, arsenicand other toxic substances into the water continuing even today to cause a great depression along this ancient Lake.

. This constant poisoning from these toxic metals has allowed the current effects of the lack of esteem, autism, anger, cancer, drug abuse and just plain mental depression. A simple explanation of the effect of heavy metals vibrating at a much lower vibration than the human body is natural for the mind to understand. When the human vibratory rate is lowered by toxic metals released into the environment, the quality of health is also lowered.

It is true that we have never shown a full scientific explanation of vibrational technologies until now. We can now show the devastating relationship between these heavy metals and the alarmingly high rates of death, cancer, autism and other serious heath epidemics in the areas near Clear Lake and the down flow of the water coming from the lake. Tens of thousands, possibly millions of people are slowly being poisoned by this environmental nightmare. This example is a strong reflection of what is happening with heavy metals throughout the world.

We at Clear Water Vision are actually doing something about this very serious issue and we need the financial support of our past, current and future donors to be able to continue or work here at Clear Lake. WE BELIEVE THAT THIS TOXIC POISONING OF THIS ENTIRE REGION CAN BE CORRECTED OVER TIME WITH THE CORRECT TECHNOLOGIES BEING USED. Please consider making a tax deductible donation now of your time, energy and money to support this life saving project. We need an immediate increase in

funding right now to pay for the final testing which will prove the source of this toxicity epidemic. Any amount of donation will be appreciated. Clear Water Vision has also followed this problem downstream to the Yolo Bypass, near UC Davis, where this mercury often settles in the flat plains and turns into a gas called ‘‘methyl mercury” (more dangerous the elemental mercury.)

When the rains come every year this type of mercury heads down the Sacramento River and into the San Francisco Bay. The strongest hit in the Bay from this heavy metal is Marin County where the current of the river pushes straight into Marin County land. It would only stand to reason that this event going on for over 100 years is a large contributor in the very high cancer rate in this area.

Could this be even a more simple explanation in how the earth works when we put large holes in the ground or spray an extremely organic lake (blue green algae) with DDT? (Rachel Carson- “Silent Springs”) Could this be more then only thinking it is our DNA allowing us to ignore the problem? Why would the public not be informed?

But we do believe there are positive changes that the public is now being informed about.

Clear Water Vision will not stand idly by to watch this poisoning event continue. We now offer more reasonable proof of the cause of the situation. It is very important that we do what we can to reach a conclusion to these two major epidemics. Here is our plan for both truth and solution….

1. Most important is to get water to this ancient Elem Tribe and not water from lake. Reverse osmosis from Clear Lake is not sufficient for healthy growth for this or their next generations, especially for a tribe of people who live directly on a mercury mine. Clear Water Vision has surveyed the land around this reservation. With the statistics from the test wells by the EPA and with information from two of our major hydrologists, we have determined the exact place and depth of the needed well providing clean primary water for these people.

2. With more advanced technologies in determining the vibration of the human body. GDV (Gas Discharge Video) can measure the exact vibration of the lake, the mine, and the water around Marin County and its negative effect on our human health. This research needs to be done and witnessed by officials both in media and government. http://www.earthcalm.com/product-

3. When determining this to be a problem, we have engaged technologies and methodologies that will give more hope to the public… These are such….. a. hydrogen technologies b.microbes

c. primary water d. vortex technologies e. others relating to vibration. (please check our website for future updates)

4. This research is a story of a history. Clear Water Vision has set out to tell this story, and that is being documented by documentary film producers who believe that this poisoning of such an important part of California’s population needs to be brought to the public awareness. Not only addressing the problem but also addressing all potential solutions available. We the People need to take action on this critical issue as it has been known for almost 30 years and our local, state and Federal governments have not taken decisive action to stop the slow poisoning our families and friends.. We need your help now. We believe this makes a wonderful story for all to hear. Education, both with the public and students through documentary is important.

5. Clear Water Vision has done presentations on this subject all over California. We have met several students from different universities who insist this be a curriculum in their universities. Our goals and our plans are to work directly with these universities. We have started on a a grant narrative application to the USDA for a grant so we can work directly with UC Davis and their students. This research can give us a deeper relationship with the students in bringing ecology and economy through water in our future.

Please do not consider this research as a reason to point out who is to blame. We cannot prosecute people who were not perceptive enough to know what they were doing some 165 years ago. Our position is to now recognize what has been done and present solutions in a scientific way. Through our youth the inspiration from this awareness can easily bring a change to our corporations. We have already seen the beginning of this change within these corporations as they are moved in a way of changing our economy by working with nature rather than exploiting it.

It is highly likely this research will not only help these people in Lake and Marin Counties in California. If our research is true (which we truly believe it is) it is even more likely we are helping some of the most innovative people in the world whose record in history is to help other people in the world. As for the Elem tribe, who after 15 years of watching them change in seeing it is important for them to be healthy to tell a very important story about the oldest lake in America, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

April 2014 Documentary Update

Hi there,

Our documentary is currently in the developmental stage and is going well. The staff and others are

hard at work developing this fantastic piece.

We will keep you up-to-date as much as possible and cannot wait to see the end results!

Thanks so much for supporting Clear Water Vision, our amazing team and the CWV community.

Site Admins.

P.S. Our Clear Lake Documentary website is currently down. More info will be provided asap. Thank

you for your patience.

Clear Lake Documentary Newsletter

Since the Clear Lake article in the November issue of Vision Magazine www.visionmagazine.com we have gotten over 3,000 hits on our website www.clearlakedocumentary.com. This brought about very objective meetings with officials and scientific personalities who could bring new information to the table. Almost all have agreed that public opinion is needed and a documentary of this magnitude is the best way to achieve our goal. We have established that this documentary will be centered on the importance of water, how it relates to California, and what California’s responsibilities are to the world’s ecology.
The question I have been asked throughout the years is; “Why Clear Lake?”  There are so many other ecological problems in the world.  “Why not just leave the oldest lake in North America polluted?” Perhaps the answer is in Dr. Masaru Emoto’s recent visit to Clear Lake. Dr. Emoto is world acclaimed for his research on the essence of water.  Also known from the reference to his work in the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?”,  Emoto explains the water crystal in Clear Lake is breathtaking in comparison to water molecules collected from around the world.  It has an extraordinarily complex structure as a result of the age of the lake. This then gives us a deeper scope of the lake’s importance.  Such a water molecule can be extremely healing, as it has for millions of years, yet can also be extremely dangerous when polluted.  What history of the lake has shown is the benefit to man when healthy and the deficits when unclean. Jim Brown, a spiritual elder of the 11,000 year old, or more, Elem tribe at Clear Lake, says, “Our elders have been telling us the value of water for thousands of years.  It doesn’t make sense to pollute it.” A Hopi elder explained we are actually 95% water. That’s who we are. He went further to explain, “Before the white man came we could drink from our lakes.”
When following that water molecule downstream and through the lakes sediment below sea level we gather knowledge that will inspire millions. Could our water structure be an answer in waking up the sleeping giant of America? Why is California the leader in environmental legislation, and could California’s awareness help this world in crises? This is already happening. But is it enough without understanding this important message?
This documentary will be focused on three qualities so as not to focus on individual agendas:
  1. Oldest lake in North America ( it’s part of a long chain of old lakes on the west coast);
  2. Oldest food substance (blue-green algae–it may be the most organic lake in the world); and
  3. Old civilization (archeologists are finding fossils 11 thousand years and older).
With the focus on these points the proper agendas such as technologies, archeology and the proper studies needed, will fall into place. There have been several of these ideas in the past but without public awareness their truth only falls by the wayside. (Look for next news letter). This documentary would explore these truths without the expense of the ailing government. North Americans will always choose the most efficient and truthful way to clean its most valuable oldest lake.
This documentary will not focus on pointing fingers at any one person or group.  This is not a matter of fault but what we can do to raise consciousness from our mistakes. We recognize these points are not sensationalism. The study of water and its relationship to its people has been very subtle in history. But as pointed out in Rachel Carson’s book “Silent Spring” it is very necessary and the public is now seeing its importance.
Now with a non-profit corporation called Voice Streams Society we have set a base for the Clear Lake documentary.  Los Angeles movie producer and writer, Mark Daniel, has already compiled the information needed on the lake to begin his process. He explains that what’s needed is first to produce a promo on the lake that will awaken investors’ interest in the movie trade.  Daniel  states, “We can make a promo that will make Robert Redford cry.”   He also says it is a perfect time to make a documentary such as this. Hollywood writers are on strike and people need something more than just reality shows. We can hire some of the best writers as well as the most compassionate actors when they learn about this project. Getting them to hear this news is our job. The right promo is important. The cost for that promo is $15,000. Mark says $250,000 will complete a lower budget documentary after the promo is made. This cost will be negotiable, determining the impact of the promo, and what quality the investors are willing to pay for.  I believe a story such as this will most likely have a large effect on the powers to be and the promoters.  If they are wise they will not think this is just an ordinary documentary.
To begin with, we need to only raise the $15,000 and go from there. We know it is still difficult for many to understand the scope in which we are working and how the money will be spent, so we have already set up a non-profit shopping mall for those who cannot donate but are glad to shop on-line for the cause. This will allow anyone to shop at stores such as Macys, Safeway, Amazon, Overstock, even to get airplane tickets at, in most cases, a lesser price. These companies are glad to give to non-profits when they know someone will shop at their stores.  So if you or anyone else you know of is an on-line shopper, please go to our website or to www.ourgv.com/clearlake to shop.  Proceeds will go immediately into the Clear Lake documentary fund.
The next mode of fundraising is for investors to be involved directly.  Investors are looking for good non-profits to make a name for themselves, a sound investment, help out the environment, and receive tax deductions. Voice Stream Society will offer 10% of the $250, 000 as a finder’s fee for any investors.
Now that the foundation work has been done to make this type of documentary a reality, the next steps we look into is finding grant money. Several grant writers offered their services in the past, but our work was not as clarified then as it is now. With initial funding we can hire qualified grant writers who will give us another dimension in financing this project.
All and all I feel very privileged to be writing this letter. There are several people who have great concern and respect for this project, and are waiting for a chance to help.  As the website grows with people writing in, so will the people in charge of our government begin, hopefully,  to realize the importance of water as it relates to the human condition. What better place to find out in the deepest way but the area that throughout history reflects ourselves the most—Clear Lake. Our oldest lake, with miles deep of organic sediment and a very old, wise civilization still living on its shores, is the place that tells the story of water the best.  Let’s awaken the world.  I’m sure something very positive will come out of our efforts.

With recent discoveries of water on other planets and outer space, we can see even clearer that we are all part of the cause we call water. Not only is water the source of all economy, it is also the catalyst of all of what we call purpose, love, and the reason for life. As is written “God put His spirit in the water”, from this statement, we learn to have a deeper respect for water and we can finally learn why pollution has never been a good idea. Without this knowledge we will never be able to use our God-given technologies for the sake of good. To reach this goal, we find a story connecting a time and place that can reach our hearts everywhere. The story of California as the leader of change allows us to ask the question “why”. As part of the Ring of Fire and being closer to the earth’s magma, we look to the last of the oldest seeable volcanoes turned into lakes, the oldest lake in America, Clear Lake California. Like the wisdom of an elder, nature makes a clear statement of love to the rest of creation.

Bay Area Past Events

Event01Water forum: Lake and Yolo County
Clear Water Vision held a forum for major technologies and inventors towards working with Native Americans on cleaning up mercury mines on Clear Lake and adjacent areas.

Event02Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA.
Major forum with technologies from Nevada, Los Angeles and local areas were there to discuss the Super Fund site which is the Sulfur Bank Mercury Mine located at the Elem Tribe reservation at Clear Lake.

Event03Sulfur Bank mine in Clear Lake, CA
A visit to the Sulfur Bank mine. This was a privileged visit because very few are allowed into this area. This mine is allocated adjacent to the Elem Tribe Reservation where the population there has several health problems especially neurological disorders in children. A visit by Pal Pauer in 2010, expressed a very high possibility of getting clean potable primary water to these people.

Event04Walnut Creek, CA
Reaching out to the locals in Walnut Creek. The fore-front of the conversation at Noah‘s Bagels was water and education. A visit by California State Assembly woman, Joan Buchanan (third from left) was there to discuss these issues

An Evening With Dr. Emoto: HOW IT LOOKS
TechnologyChristalIn 2005, world renowned Dr. Masaru Emoto came to America‘s oldest lake explaining that Clear Lake‘s water crystal molecule was breath- taking in comparison of lake water molecules collected from around the world. ―This would give a deeper explanation of not only the uniqueness of Clear Lake (volcano) but also how Sonoma and Napa Counties as well as the Central Valley and Bay Area have been called the most fertile land in the world,‖ says Russ Anderson. In 2010, Russ Anderson met with Dr. Emoto to discuss the Ring of Fire and the direct relationship between humanity and water.
HHO Brown’s Gas 1996: WHAT IT DOES

Working the Brown‘s Gas machine in 1996
Just pour water in a machine and it comes out as a flame as hot as the surface as the sun. The late inventor Dr. Yule Brown called it a stoichiometric mixture between hydrogen and oxygen– a state of equality —energy. This process was demonstrated in 1996 to purify/heal as well as to explain energy itself. The neutralization of nuclear waste was Brown‘s goal, back in 1996. Imagine if this information was properly transferred back to the Department of Energy, back then (as was attempted by Brown), and how we could be helping with tragedies such as in Fukushima, Japan?

History Of Primary Water:  WHERE IT COMES FROM
Pal Pauer in Walnut Creek on behalf of Clear Water Vision
In the late 1800s, famed hydrologist/geologist and Nobel Price winner—Professor Nordenskjold of Finland exclaimed that a new type of water was available for mankind‘s utilization; a source of portable fresh water distinctly independent of the scientifically observed hydrological cycles of atmospheric water. He discovered that throughout our planet an abundant source of earth generated fresh water accumulates within the deep foundry of earth‘s primary magmatic rocks which are all derived from the molten magma plasma chemistry deep within the earth as it cools and crystallizes, thus creating igneous rock deposits. In 1897 he stated that ―One could sink wells capable of producing such ‗primary water‘ year round along the Northern and Southern Coast of the Mediterranean Sea and the whole of Asia Minor – precisely best known of the world afflicted with drought. Nordenskjold‘s impetus to explore the phenomenon of primary water came from his father Niels, who was a chief of mining in Finland.
Primary drill site in Africa
In the early twentieth century, a renowned German geologist, Dr. Edward Seuss, coined the term ‗juvenile‘ or youthful to characterize this type of earth-generated ‗primary‘ water. It was Dr. Seuss‘s Bavarian student disciple and protégé, Dr. Stephan Riess, who emigrated to the U.S. in the early 1930‘s to continue finding abundantly-producing ‗primary‘ water wells for thirsty humanity comprising of farmers, communities, home-owners and corporations. Today, master hydrologist Pal Pauer of Yreka, CA carries on the extraordinary man-date of locating and drilling the plentiful presence of earth-generated Primary Water.
“Aspire to inspire before you expire.” As above stated, water explains a very simple law of cause and effect.. If we honor cause (water), effect (nature) will always fall into place. To bring ecology and economy together is a goal we all share. This takes dedicated dialogue and action. Having a clear vision of water is needed in bringing hope for the next generations. And that is very simply “WHY.”
